Deadlines: Please submit within two weeks of application. We cannot guarantee to overturn an adverse decision if this form is received after this point. For offers holders: Submit as soon as possible after the onset of the circumstances and always by the deadline below: For offer holders studying the International Baccalaureate: 30 June 2025 For offer holders studying A levels or any other qualification: 31 July 2025 We cannot guarantee to give equal consideration to extenuating circumstances received after these deadlines.

If an applicant鈥檚 circumstances change (for better or worse) after the submission of this form please inform the Undergraduate Admissions Office as soon as possible. If we require supporting evidence after reviewing this form submission, we will contact the applicant or UCAS referee for this information.
